The Vision That Redefined Residential Design

In 2004, Jackie and David Siegel envisioned what would become one of the largest private homes in America a 90,000 sq ft residence inspired by the grandeur of France’s Palace of Versailles (which itself spans over 721,000 sq ft).
The project combined European elegance with American scale, featuring 14 bedrooms, 30 bathrooms, a ballroom, indoor skating rink, and a traditional British pub imported from England.
It’s a reminder that great architecture begins with great imagination, and that sourcing, fabrication, and logistics can turn even the most audacious design into reality.

Global Materials, Crafted Excellence

Every detail of the Siegel Versailles tells a story of international craftsmanship and collaboration — the kind of integrated sourcing that mirrors Vibranic’s global DNA.

•    Italy – Hand-selected Carrara and Pavonazzo marble used for flooring, balustrades, and sculptural columns.
•    Brazil – Rich mahogany doors and veneers, among the last legally traded before export restrictions, providing deep warmth to the interior palette.
•    Spain – Cast-bronze stair railings and gilded chandeliers produced by artisan foundries in Valencia.
•    Turkey – Travertine and onyx wall panels precision-cut and pre-finished before shipment to Florida.
•    Egypt – Hand-blown crystal used in the custom lighting assemblies, merging heritage craft with modern electrical precision.
•    France – Ornate mouldings and ceiling reliefs replicated from the original Versailles Hall of Mirrors, fabricated by Parisian plaster ateliers.

Every element, from millwork to marble, represents the power of design-led sourcing — where fabrication and logistics meet artistry and endurance.
It’s the same principle that drives Vibranic: connecting design ambition to manufacturing intelligence across continents.

From Design Stage to Broadway Stage

Two decades later, the story of this extraordinary build has inspired Broadway’s newest production The Queen of Versailles - featuring Tony and Oscar winners in a lavish musical celebration of design ambition.
Scenic designer Dane Laffrey recreated the Hall of Mirrors with millimeter-level accuracy, even using mobile scanning to capture the real Versailles’ proportions.
It’s a perfect example of how architecture transcends function, becoming art, theatre, and culture all at once.

Why It Matters for Modern Builders

The Florida Versailles stands as a case study in how vision, materials, and precision unite to create something beyond architecture, an experience.
At Vibranic, we share that same ethos:

•    Design with clarity.
•    Source with intelligence.
•    Deliver with precision.

Whether it’s a façade system, a solid-surface kitchen, or a custom glass installation, every Vibranic project carries the same DNA, a balance of scale, story, and substance.

A Modern Legacy of Grandeur

In 2025, progress on the home continues with handcrafted ceilings, imported chandeliers, and polished marble staircases, each one a symbol of persistence and passion.
It’s proof that architecture is more than construction, it’s a lifetime of creation.
Because at Vibranic, we believe every project, no matter its size - deserves Versailles-level precision.
